The customer platform CONNECT is an online platform developed by our company that digitally supports you in processing and organising your transports. The access is free of charge and password protected. You can use CONNECT anytime and anywhere, and in 27 languages.
You can also follow the progress of your transport live on CONNECT. From placing the order to unloading, you receive information about the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your load and milestones already completed. In case of unplanned events such as a traffic jam, you are always in the picture.
In addition, CONNECT works hand in hand with LOADS TODAY. For example, a confirmed load from the driver app automatically appears in your customer portal too. So you can keep an eye on your orders at all times. In the Financial Overview, you can also see the status of your open and paid invoices and easily download all relevant documents.
