LKW WALTER is distinguished by an excellent credit rating. The fast and secure payment of your transports is important to us. Our standard payment term is 28 days. You can find a statement of all your invoices in LOADS TODAY under Invoice summary. There, you can also conveniently check the exact due date of your individual invoices at any time.
It is possible that your bank details have not yet been entered. You can enter them in LOADS TODAY under Invoice summary and directly select your desired terms of payment. If you would like to change your terms of payment at a later date, use our Contact form or contact your assigned contact person.
Yes! Vehicles which are regularly used must be equipped with a telematics device with GPS positioning. LKW WALTER uses the data (e.g. geo-coordinates) for optimised transport planning and optimal utilisation of your vehicles. If you have not yet transmitted your telematics data, please do so in LOADS TODAY under Settings --> GPS .
To be able to see and book real-time loads on our digital Freight Exchange LOADS TODAY NOW, the GPS connection must be active and correctly linked to the system (you can do this in LOADS TODAY under Settings). Without a GPS connection, no load offers will be displayed.
Yes, the Registration as well as the use of our platform are free of charge for qualified Transport Partners. For your drivers, we also provide the LOADS TODAY App free of charge.
Please check the correct spelling including the country code (e.g. PL1234567890). Ensure that there are no spaces before, after, or within the number. We can only accept VAT ID numbers that are valid for intra-Community transactions. You can check the validity of your number beforehand on the European Commission’s website: Vies on-the-Web - European Commission. Should the registration not work on the first attempt despite a valid VAT ID number, this may be due to high traffic on the site. In this case, we ask you to try again at a later time. If the problem persists, please contact us via our Contact form.
